Accoya modified wood developer Accsys Technologies has signed a deal with Chilean Lumber Company (CLC) which will see the material supplied throughout the country.
Santiago-based CLC, a national distributor, supplies timber to window and door manufacturers, the construction sector, architects and the furniture sector.
It has two locations, including machining, planing and coating facilities for the decking, siding and joinery sectors.
Accoya wood is designed for use in exterior applications, including decking, windows, doors and cladding.
Accsys Technologies guarantees Accoya for 50 years above-ground and 25 years in-ground or in fresh water immersion or saltwater spray applications, such as marina decking.
