Modified wood brand Accoya has demonstrated its durability characteristics at the Chelsea Flower Show.
Arnold Laver supplied Oxford Planters with BSW Timber’s Accoya wood to build a new painted collection of planters showcased at the show. Leading paint effect specialist Lottie Radford provided guidance on the project.
BSW Timber’s John Alexander said the planters demonstrated the wide array of applications for the modified wood. Accoya is already been used for cladding, doors and windows.
“This demonstrates the demand for long-life, low maintenance and sustainable timber options,” he said.
