Accsys Technologies plc has appointed Hans Seelen as the sales manager for Italy and France.
Mr Seelen, a Dutch national, has more than 25 years of international experience in both sales and marketing.
During the past seven years he was the export manager for southern Europe at Dekker Hout Group and was responsible for selling various product ranges such as slats, frameworks and decking, predominantly in France. Prior to that he worked as sales manager, managing 14 account managers, for Actebis, a European distributor in software and hardware, and for more than seven years he was export manager at the Fetim Group, a European distributor for the DIY market where he was responsible for southern Europe.
Victor Vos, Accsys general manager sales – Europe, said Mr Seelen’s expertise would help to strengthen the company’s position as a timber market leader and open new markets in France and Italy.
