UK-based architectural door and doorset manufacturer Ahmarra Door Solutions Ltd (ADSL) has secured a contract worth £500,000 to supply timber doorsets, screens and fixed windows for Shoreham Academy in the UK.
Ahmarra will carry out the contract along with Balfour Beatty Construction and A&A Carpentry on the new Shoreham Academy in Shoreham-by-Sea.
Ahmarra door solutions range of high performance, FSC-certified timber doorsets and FSC glazed screens and windows were selected in an American White Oak lacquered finish for this project.
The company’s BM TRADA Q-Mark certified FD30 and FD60 fire doors and up to 45 RwdB acoustic rated doorsets met the required performance for the project.
The £30m Shoreham Academy project involves the provision of a new school complete with theatres, drama and dance studios and a sports hall.
