Bauwerk Parkett has made the break into an area of Cheshire popular with Manchester United players.
Its Solopark 10mm engineered pre-finished flooring was installed at a four-storey multi-use development in Hale village, where a number of United players live.
The oak and ash fully-bonded flooring was laid throughout the six apartments in Richmond House, which also features two storeys of offices.
Developer Aus Bore Homes has since specified more Bauwerk flooring for another two of its developments.
