Beazer Partnerships’ south-west division has won the contract to build 200 new homes in Swindon using its award-winning Tee-U-Tec timber frame system.

The scheme – the Swindon 2000 Housing Project – is part of a £15m two-year urban regeneration and housing project to develop more than 10 brownfield sites around the town.

It is the first scheme in the region to use Tee-U-Tec and Bob Phillips, divisional director of Beazer Partnerships’ south-west, said: ‘Swindon 2000 is a tremendous opportunity for us to demonstrate how Beazer Partnerships takes on each new challenge to provide high quality and economically efficient mixed-tenure developments that meet the changing housing needs of different communities.

‘Our principal objective is to assist in redevelopment,’ he added.
