Brascomp Compensados Do Brasil SA, part of the Zugman Group of Companies, has bought traditional tropical hardwoods producer Maginco Verde SA.
A company spokesperson said Brascomp had taken total control of Maginco Verde’s name and trademarks as well as its manufacturing facilities and forest lands.
Products will be available from July.
