Fact Card No 1 answers core questions that will affect specifiers, buyers and installers by addressing questions such as what is Part L; do you have to comply; how is heat loss measured; and how are ‘U’ values produced?
The BWF is anxious to explain that for the first time Part L applies to replacement doors and windows as well as new.
