More than 500 sheets of Nexfor‘s Caberdek flooring are being installed inside one of the largest houses to be built in Warwickshire for decades.
Developer Johnson & Johnson chose the product for the house, near Kineton, to match the rest of the interior and to ensure the floors do not suffer from work by the “wet trades”.
The Stratford-upon-Avon branch of Jewson supplied the 22mm Caberdek boards for installation on the two upper floors of the 12,500ft2 three-storey property, whose accommodation includes six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The product is BBA certificated to give protection from the weather for up to 28 days, enabling the floor to serve as a working platform before the roof of a property is installed.
