Kingspan Group plc’s Century Homes timber frame business is trading “in line” with its expectations, the company has revealed in a half-year trading statment.
Ireland-based Kingspan, which bought Century for €98m earlier this year (TTJ March 19), expects full-year group earnings to be ahead of analysts’ estimates.
Century has been renamed Kingspan-Century Homes since the takeover and recently launched its Synergy House as an entry into the government’s Design for Manufacture competition, which challenges the construction industry to design houses with a £60,000 build cost.
Kingspan, which releases its interim results on September 6, also owns the TEK structural insulated panel business.
