Oak multi-layered flooring has been used in an award-winning Manchester apartment development.
Tarkett-Marley Floors Ltd’s Oak 22m Nature flooring was installed in Countryside Properties‘ NV Buildings in Salford Quays – a gold award winner at the What House? Awards.
The flooring was nailed on battens, while architects chose Proteco lacquer as a hardwearing and scratch-resistant finish.
The NV Building, which comprises 246 apartments, was also a winner in the Bentley International Property Awards.
