"Timber companies and joinery manufacturers are here at the show and people are looking at making a business out of waste," said managing director Martin Smith.
The entry-level Nova pellet maker on the stand could produce 70kg of pellets an hour from dry organic waste such as wood, straw or paper.
"It’s ideal for joinery manufacturers and farmers," said Mr Smith.
JJ Smith has exhibited at Ecobuild every year and Mr Smith said it was an important networking opportunity.
"Timber frame machinery is an important part of our busines. Some of our customers are here so it’s a way of meeting them," he said.
