Building systems and software applications group Eleco plc has bought Downer Cladding Systems for £950,000.
The company says that Downer, which supplies support and fixing solutions for rainscreen facade cladding, will complement the roofing and cladding business of its SpeedDeck Building Systems subsidiary.
Eleco manufactures timber engineering systems by Gang-Nail and roof and panel systems by SpeedDeck and Stramit Industries.
