The move to the 6,600ft2 Muirhead Park site in Kirkcaldy will also create six extra jobs.
"The new facility will create additional capacity between Fife and our base in Wiveliscombe, Somerset," said Steve Goodlad, Kirkcaldy plant manager.
"It will enable us to further extend our business across Scotland, the north of England and develop our Irish market."
Funding totalling £140,000 from Scottish Enterprise regional selective assistance and fast expanding market opportunities led to the decision to re-locate.
EPS also has a site in Somerset.
