The company, which supplies solid timber, and engineered wood decking and worktops, decided to invest in new software following the launch of its ecommerce website.
"We were having difficulty getting accurate information from disparate IT accounting systems, including an out of date bespoke system for managing stock," said Wood’n’Beyond accountant Gary Green. "With our launch into ecommerce, we decided to replace everything with one fully integrated business management system, which also provided integration with the new site."
Aileen Primrose of Eureka said that the by retiring its old systems, Wood’n’Beyond would "save time and effort in administration and streamline accounting processes".
