The German company makes reduction equipment for many industrial sectors. The deal was sealed during a visit to Bomatic’s headquarters by Fercell managing director Mark Fletcher and chairman Malcolm Fletcher, who met Bomatic managing director Joachim Lüdemann.
"It became quickly apparent this will be a fruitful partnership. Fercell is already well known to the UK and Irish markets for their shredding knowledge and expertise," said Mr Lüdemann.
Malcolm Fletcher added that with the addition of two-shaft shredder, granulator and vertical shredding technology "our industry offering is now complete".
"Both parties were very positive," he said.
