A Fillcrete EVT Technology structure has been specified for seven 1NTEGER homes being built for Jephson and Westlea Housing Associations in Swindon.
The 140mm deep walls of the houses will be constructed from timber studs, with Panelvent external sheathing and Paneline providing the interior face. Insulated to their full depth with Warmcel 500 high performance insulation, the walls will deliver a U value of 0.23 W/m2k, 34% better than the new Part L requirement.
The EVT structures were manufactured and erected by Concept Timber of Melksham.
