Finnforest has set up a new order “hotline” to keep pace with demand for its Finnjoist engineered timber flooring and wall system.
Nigel Blake, who will manage the new service, claimed that Finnforest is “leading the way in delivering a fully-engineered I-joist at the forefront of market requirements”.
“The new help desk will enable the building systems team to help our customers more effectively,” he said.
The new helpline (tel: 01205 883 835) will answer technical queries from builders, developers and architects and also assist with bespoke specifications for new construction projects.
The Finnjoist, which is 220mm thick, is designed to work without an “acoustic blanket” to satisfy Part E of the building regulations on transmission of sound.
