Britishgardener.co.uk is starting up in time for the spring season of maintenance and improvements. It is run by Gail Latham of Image Marketing Projects, which handles public relations for M&M Timber, from a 10,000ft2 warehouse in Droitwich.
Products will include timber fencing, gazebos, sheds, planters, trellis, storage and greenhouses.
"More and more people are now ordering online than ever before, mainly because it is so much easier for people to browse and order products at their leisure and have them delivered right to their door," Ms Latham said.
She added that although timber garden products had taken a battering after exceptionally poor weather during the past two years, promising weather seemed more likely this year.
