Timber was well represented at Glee, the garden and leisure exhibition that took place at Birmingham’s NEC from September 21-23, with many companies showcasing new product lines for 2009.

Market leader Forest Garden, for example, has more than 130 new products for the 2009 season and displayed a selection of play dens, arbours, summerhouses, storage units, pet homes and workshops. It also took the opportunity to promote new services for next year, namely home installation and a web-based ordering facility for its trade customers.

Grange Fencing’s new range also attracted attention which rapidly translated into orders – its Apollo pergola was snapped up on the first day of the show.
