The event follows last year’s Green Build 2005 which saw around 4,300 visitors and more than 40 exhibitors and speakers, and the organisers believe it is the biggest eco-build exhibition and conferencing event run by a local authority.
The emphasis this year will be on the domestic market – both new build and renovation.
There will be practical demonstrations and workshops on a range of activities including timber frame, architectural salvage and self-build advice.
