The new service can be accessed online and will enable customers to get a personal consultation without visiting a showroom once they have submitted relevant details of their project and preferred budget.

The appointment includes a virtual showroom tour, Zoom consultation with a dedicated designer and screen share to discuss plans.

“The safety of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance. The current climate means many businesses are having to adapt in order to fulfil the needs of their customers whilst ensuring safe working practices,” said marketing manager, Gavin Knowles.

“Whilst people have been spending more time at home, they’ve no doubt had time to analyse their interiors and think about changes they’d like to make, so we want to do our bit to help them take plans forward and strike whilst the iron is hot.

“By putting a number of technical and safety resources in place, we can continue to provide our expertise remotely.”
