Illingworth Ingham Timber has confirmed its acquisition of the timber importing division of fellow north-west trader Roger Haydock & Co Ltd.
The company has bought the name and taken on some of the staff and will now operate the business as Roger Haydock, a division of Illingworth Ingham.
Roger Haydock & Co will continue with its other wide ranging bussineses: including door manufacture, ladders and its branch operations.
