James Latham plc appointed Meryl Bushell as non-executive director, as of September 1. She will take on the role previously held by Malcolm Parkinson who is to retire on on August 31.
Ms Bushell has many years’ senior management experience with BT, including several years as chief procurement officer for the BT Group where she was responsible for all BT’s procurement, supply chain and property activities.
Her wealth of experience, together with her special interest in corporate responsibility, will add a further dimension to Latham’s policy making, the company said.
