James Latham plc has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 for all its UK depots.
The management standard replaces Latham’s BS 5750 registration which it had held for many years.
Key performance indicators have been set up throughout the Hemel-Hempstead-based business to ensure the standard is fully integrated into each depot.
Business areas examined by auditors BM TRADA included management responsibility, resource management, product realisation, measurement, analysis and improvement.
The company says that the achievement has “reinforced its service standards and management commitment to continuous improvement”.
