The £24m development of Crawley Leisure Centre in West Sussex has included the laying of 2,000m2 of Junckers press dried beech Sylvasport Premium to create a multi-purpose sports floor which will be a training facility for the 2012 London Olympics.
A judo room and several dedicated aerobics areas have been fitted using Junckers flooring over the UnoBat 62+ system, while the sports hall floor was laid using Junckers’ new UnoBat 50 single-layer batten system which has an installation height of just 50mm.
