Lawsons said its software needed to be upgraded because of company growth, with the firm doubling in size in the last three years and continued expansion predicted. The group currently has 15 branches throughout southeast England.

“As we move forward, it is important that we are able to enjoy the same level of system resilience we have had in the past,” said Jeremy Norris, Lawsons’ IT director.

“However, we need to increase our levels of management control whilst at the same time capitalising on new invovations and technologies so that we can further increase our service levels and offerings to our customers.”

Lawsons has operated ADP’s KITE Revision 7 software for the past seven years.
