Austrian sawmiller Mayr Melnhof is reducing production at its Domat/Ems mill in Switzerland.
In April the mill will move to two shifts and staff numbers will be reduced accordingly. However, the company said that when the market changes it has the flexibility to respond quickly.
The Domat/Ems mill was opened in October 2007.
