David Kilburn, together with Peter Murray, founded MKM Building Supplies in Hull in 1995. From humble beginnings in a rented 5,000ft2 warehouse, MKM rapidly became one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. The company will open its 100th branch in late September this year.
As one of the merchanting industry’s ‘Top 100 Influencers’, Mr Kilburn is well placed to share his experience and expertise on the IOBM conference theme of building professional excellence.
The conference, which is open to all IOBM members and prospective members, coincides with UK Construction Week and Conference and delegates will have an opportunity to attend the UK Construction Week and Grand Designs Live exhibitions at the NEC.
