Oregon Timber Frame is the latest timber company to benefit from establishing close working relationships to secure business.

It has worked with private and public sector housing developer Dawn Homes on two large-scale housing projects – a 55 unit development in Gowkthrapple, Wishaw and a 73 unit project in Mossblown, Ayr.

Scottish door manufacturer McTavish Ramsay has already told how fostering working relationships with construction firms Tulloch Construction and Morrison Construction has enabled it to target areas of market growth.

“We are delighted to have formed this partnership,” Dawn Homes managing director Martin Egan said of working with Oregon.

“The Oregon team is very easy to work with, and we’ve really enjoyed working with them over the last year.

“They have a very good approach and practice what we call ‘positive partnering’,” he said.
