The Performance Timber Products Group Ltd has appointed Simon Howard as managing director of joinery company Mumford & Wood Ltd.
Mr Howard, who will be based at the company’s Essex manufacturing and distribution facility, has had several senior roles in various engineering businesses.
“I’ve always been in manufacturing and commercial environments,” he said. “This is a great opportunity to grow an already strong and successful brand and working with a very dedicated and talented team I know together we can make a real difference. We find ourselves in a challenging market but we are confident that quality, service and expertise will continue to differentiate our business.”
