The two-day event, which took place at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena from September 24-25 was a sell-out, with more than 100 exhibitors promoting offsite systems, technologies and services. It also provided a platform for networking and creating new business opportunities.
“At the heart of the event, the Offsite Connect Buyers and Specifiers Forum, which was open exclusively to exhibitors, was a hive of activity,” said Radar.
The show also featured 40 hours of CPD-accredited Masterclass Seminars and an International Offsite Summit.
Offsite Expo was opened by Mark Farmer, author of the 2016 Farmer Review ‘Modernise or die’.
“It is really inspiring to see the world of offsite gathering to showcase the latest technology options and innovations within the sector,” he said. “Offsite Expo’s positioning, content and timing really reflects the mood within the construction sector and the buzz around the show was exceptional.”
Event director Julie Williams said the response to the show had been “truly astounding” and that next year’s event – at the same venue, from September 22-23 – already had 68 exhibitor bookings.
