The woodworking machinery supplier demonstrated window manufacturing using the Whitehill HP window tooling system on a Martin T27 spindle moulder and the Vertongen Pentho tenoner. It shows the ease of making window profiles with ‘zero set-up’ tools on the Martin then linking to tenoning on the Vertongen, the company said.
At the previous demonstrations in June three tool changes and set ups were used to produce a cill extension in under four minutes.
More than 50 people attended the event and further demonstrations are to be held on November 21-22.
