A development in Deptford, London, built with Partnership First‘s Tee-u-Tec timber building system has been voted winner of Lewisham Council’s Quality Homes Award for Major Regeneration.
The 27 homes in the Childers Street development, which replaced 1960s flats, was the first housing scheme ever to use the Tee-u-Tec system.
Award winners are nominated by builders, developers, architects and housing associations.
