Joint managing directors Chris Le Feuvre and Michael Hocquard announced the change via a Facebook message saying no new quotes or orders would be accepted from June 17.
The company told the Jersey Evening Post that the timber frame operation had produced 250 houses a year at one stage, which dramatically reduced during the recession to 30-40.
Despite an upturn last year, Pentagon said the market was not giving it the big volumes it was after.
