Plum Creek Timber Company saw its 2005 annual net profits dip marginally to US$354m.
The US company recorded sales of US$1.6bn, compared with US$1.5bn a year earlier.
Fourth quarter profits were down to US$67m from US$73m in 2004 when a one-off gain of US$23m was recorded.
