Timber students have been voted top of the class at the national graduation ceremony for the Jewson and Graham young merchant programme.
The timber studies team of David Stevens, Gerwyn Roberts, Clare Warren and Ryan Tabb was named group of the year at the event which involved 26 other trainees. They will also receive an Institute of Wood Science certificate.
The two-year young merchant programme equips students with skills, training and experience needed in the merchant industry.
All 30 graduates gained a BTec in construction materials and worked towards an advanced modern apprenticeship in customer service.
