Increased popularity during a slow economy of garden structures to create additional space had prompted TPB to source from Europe, but the company said the European supply chain had become less flexible.

"We needed to look closer to home in order to sustain business growth. We decided to seek out a UK manufacturing partner so that we could work together to deliver bigger structures," said TPB founder Des Allen.

Severn Valley Woodworks has supplied TPB with machined and pressure treated softwood for some time. Subsidiary Challow makes bespoke timber structures.

"We are excited about our new partnership with TPB as they too are a UK-based organisation and share the same beliefs as we do at Challow," said David Twigg, Severn Valley Woodworks director.

"We are committed to working with brands who share the same ethos, offering the opportunity to share our success in partnership."
