The company, which launched the innovation in 2008 to halve window production time on spindle moulders, also says it has sold more than 70 of its TSM100 flush sliding table spindle moulders in conjunction with the tooling system.
Trend says more than 180 companies are using the system to manufacture windows.
The system is designed for small to medium-sized joinery manufacturers, builders and developers to enable them to produce eight different window styles on one machine (a spindle moulder) with only one set-up.
Trend says the technology means windows can be made in two to three hours instead of six to eight hours.
Tools and spacers are numbered, while every window style has a wall chart showing the steps required to manufacture a complete window.
