Continuing demand for open-web easi-joists has led Truss Form Ltd to set up a second production plant.
The company has invested in an easi-joist plant at its Rochdale factory, featuring an AV Birch Uni-Roll open web beam roller press. A similar facility already operates at sister company Truss Form (Midlands) Ltd.
“Since we started manufacturing easi-joists in the Truss Form (Midlands) Ltd factory in November 2006, we have seen sales double year on year,” said Truss Form managing director Stefan Rypel.
“It is early days for the Rossendale factory. However, we are optimistic about the future as more and more builders and specifiers are seeing the advantages of using easi-joists.”
Truss Form also manufactures trussed rafters and supplies Boise Cascade BCI-Joists.
