Timber Preservation Technologies has grown out of Tweddle Engineering’s expertise in the sector and there are now more than 50 of the company’s systems worldwide.
“Our equipment makes businesses more efficient because we are able to provide them with a complete package for their wood treatment requirements, not just an autoclave and a tank,” said Joe Watson, director.
“Due to an increase in demand for our timber treatment equipment, it made sense to launch Timber Preservation Technologies and to have this standing separately from Tweddle Engineering.
“Being a separate brand allows us to really shout about our innovations to improve plant efficiency and to take timber handling and time saving to a whole new level. We have some really exciting projects already in the workshop, with one of them being a world first.”
Timber Preservation Technologies offer customers the following services: low pressure treatment plants; high pressure treatment plants; hot oil treatment plants; fire retardant treatment plants; control systems; pilot plants for testing new products; dipping equipment; decommissioning; and retrofit and upgrades of existing equipment.
