Vandecasteele Houtimport has won an environmental award from the government of Flanders for the second time.
The company had to fulfil 10 criteria, including energy, water and noise emissions, to achieve the award. It was specially recognised for the visual integration of its warehousing into the surrounding countryside – achieved with the help of several landscape architects.
