More than 70 delegates from across Wales attended an open meeting organised by WRAP – the Waste & Resources Action Programme – in Cardiff recently.
Welsh Environment Minister Carwyn Jones said that if recycling levels were to improve, it was essential “to ensure consistency of supply for manufacturing businesses using recyclate”.
