Robert Price has acquired Philip Jones Timber Products, giving it an even stronger presence across South Wales.
Philip Jones Timber Products, which has operated since 2003, has built a strong reputation throughout Blaenau Gwent and beyond.
The business will continue operating from its sawmill and yard in Rassau, Ebbw Vale, ensuring continuity for customers as integration takes place.

Robert Price now has over 30 branches in the group, trading under multiple sister brands; Robert Price, Gower Timber, PlumbBob Plumbing & Heating Supplies, The Sustainable Energy Centre, Tudors Building Supplies and Tudors KBB.
The business was established in 1847 and is one of the oldest builders merchants in the UK.
