Agepan wood fibre panels in awards final

Agepan THD woodfibre static isolation panels were a finalist in the Sonae Industria Innovation Prize.

The awards, organised by the Innovation Forum of the Sonae Companies, saw three finalists chosen from each Sonae Group company, with the winner being the Best Practices Forum focused on sharing best operational practices.

Agepan THD Static, which can be used in load-bearing walls and roof applications, was recently awarded the Schweighofer Foundation innovation prize.

Due to its potential for providing additional properties to protect against earthquakes, a new product is being developed as part of a European research project that will broaden the scope of application of the product.
