Anglo-Norden joins TTF

The decision of Ipswich-based importer/agent Anglo-Norden Ltd to join The Timber Trade Federation (TTF) has been described as a great endorsement for The Federation ahead of its 2010 membership drive.

TTF chief executive John White, writing in the federation’s Enews bulletin, said Anglo-Norden’s decision to join was particularly rewarding given the shape of the market.

“We have been having some very positive discussions with a number of other companies and I hope to have some more good news to share over the coming weeks,” said Mr White.

He said increasing new member interest was partly due to the TTF’s work on due diligence, particularly through the Responsible Purchasing Policy.
