Bristle Zyder Cup boosts TTBS funds
1 November 2010The TTBS Bristle Zyder Cup, held at the Bristol and Clifton Golf Club on September 30, raised £2,500 for the charity.
The main event sponsor was Osmose, and the 50 players who took part described the day as “the most exciting golfing event this year”.
Tim Olds of RE Olds took the top prize, while Bob Smith of Mon Timber won virtually all the remaining awards.
The organisers are now focusing on the next event for the district – the TTBS Christmas lunch, to be held at the Bristol Hotel on December 3. For details contact Richard Bagnall at richardb@robbins.co.uk.
