Cedar clads new London college block
15 October 2012Timbmet has sourced and supplied significant volumes of western red cedar cladding for a new Learning Resource Centre at West Thames College.
English Architectural Glazing was appointed by architect Mackenzie Wheeler to construct the external façade using Timbmet's cedar brise soleil and cladding.
English Architectural Glazing's Tim Best said the combination of glazing, steel and timber harmonised perfectly, giving a contemporary look while boosting thermal efficiency.
