Easi-timbers cause a shiver

7 December 2012

BSW easi-timber has been used in a community arts project to recreate historic buildings from the Glasgow waterfront.

The timber was used to build ghostly replicas of the old Ferry Inn and Ticket Office that stood on the slipway at Govan's Water Row on the Clyde.

Timber frames were created to the exact dimensions of the original buildings and covered with tarpaulin and lit from inside. BSW donated 220m of easi-timber.

"This is a fantastic project, which literally lights up our easi-timber range," said BSW marketing manager Eve Johnson.
