Floor manufacturer receives FSC certification

Swedish floor manufacturer Kährs has received Forest Stewardship Council certification for 13 of its wood floors.

Five of the floors are sports floors in the Kährs Activity floors range, four are in the Kährs Original range, and four are Linnea floors. The certification means the products fulfil the FSC Mixed Sources criteria.

“This is an important step in our attempts to continuously increase our responsibility for the origin of the raw material,” said Kährs environmental ambassador Bruce Uhler.

“We are happy and proud to be able to offer floors that help the consumer to contribute to protecting valuable forests.
